In the Moment: Headspace

First of all, I want to thank all of you amazing humans for reaching out and asking if I am still okay. That makes me feel blessed.

Actually, for the most part life could not be any better and I am so grateful for that. It's pretty cliché, but is really just the last of leg of my studies that consumes all of my time. Two more weeks to go before the end of the semester, so I am not going to worry too much about updating here before April, but I want to share with you some habits I've picked up and which have helped me through the stress. 

You might have heard of Headspace. It is a guided meditation app which might sound a bit odd, but totally makes sense once you get started. I've practised meditation before, but for the first time for solid two months. Every day. And I feel so much more grounded and just aware in general. Life-changing really.

I've also picked up yoga after a long time and I am loving it. I could practise all day every day. I guess my body is thanking me as well, and it seems, I need to sort out my yoga wardrobe as soon as possible.

Lastly, after the storm I will swing a trip to Amsterdam with some of my best friends. I've been there so many years ago that I would appreciate any tips: just places to hang out and maybe shopping or good food, as per usual, haha.
